First project for Atenor in The Netherlands
Ideally located in the heart of the Central Innovation District de La Haye, at the crossroads between Verheeskade and Lulof streets in The Hague, the project includes the new construction of approximately 55,000 m2 of residential area (562 students flats and 357 apartments) with commercial units on the ground floor.
This entire redevelopment fits into the context of The Hague municipality's structural vision for the Central Innovation District which should be transformed into an accessible, dynamic, mix, sustainable, friendly and inclusive area.
Sustainability and well-being : The project will be aligned to the EU Taxonomy criteria.
