Veeva Systems Hungary, the Hungarian unit of Veeva Systems Inc. has decided to relocate its Budapest site to RoseVille, developed by ATENOR Hungary. The new office will be handed over in 2023 on the top floor of the brand new office building.

The BREEAM Excellent and Access4You Gold-certified, ESG-proof project, RoseVille, is located in the 3rd district of Budapest, Óbuda. The development is the first standalone office building of ATENOR Hungary with a total leasable area of approx. 15,500 sqm. Veeva Systems will be the first tenant to occupy the site, moving into the all-new high-end office premises.

The RoseVille is a prime example of the developer’s values, with its state-of-the-art mechanical and technological solutions, sustainability features, green gardens and terraces, putting the human experience into the forefront without compromising the environment.

“We are pleased to announce that Veeva Systems will have its new headquarters for Hungary and Eastern Europe in the new building The Roseville, developed by ATENOR. From the first contact, Atenor’s conversations with us have been of an excellent level of professionalism and showing an absolute commitment to the tenant, as well as offering a very high-quality building and service in an ideal location for Veeva in Budapest. This has led us to decide on this new headquarters where we will design an office that will be ready for the challenge of the new “Work Anywhere” way of working and that will support us to continue our growth in this region. We are proud to be part of The Roseville family and I am convinced that this office will undoubtedly be among the most beautiful in our portfolio,” said Ángel Mieites, Senior Director of Workplace & Facilities Europe, Veeva Systems.

“We are delighted and honoured that Veeva Systems chose RoseVille as the future home of their Hungarian operations. We are confident that ESG will be increasingly important for large corporates in the future and will be essential in keeping a highly qualified workforce. Sustainable and human-centred workplaces enhancing wellbeing are an important part of this culture and Atenor is a partner providing exactly that to our tenants,” said Zoltán Borbély, Country Director of Atenor Hungary.

In the transaction, Forward Advisory represented the Tenant, while Atenor’s leasing representative was Cushman & Wakefield.
