Naos
A unique site, an ambitious and innovative example of renewal in an up-coming neighbourhood. ATENOR positioned itself as a partner of AGORA to give new impetus to this hub. Decidedly ambitious and designed to host new ways of working, Naos comprises 14,000 m² of flexible and adaptable space, a garden terrace, a conference facility and retail outlets on the ground floor.
In December 2018, ATENOR finalized the sale of all the shares of NAOS to two institutional investors: Ethias and Foyer Assurances. The offices host the parent company of a group of computer firms, Arηs, and the consulting, auditing, accounting and tax advisory firm A3T.

NAOS consists of 9 stories above ground and 3 levels in the basement, with 261 parking places. The spaces can be adapted and have been architecturally designed for high energy performance, the aim being BREEAM “Excellent” certification. In addition to the conference room in the heart of the building which can accommodate up to 300 people, a garden terrace (ca. 200 m²) has been created on the 3rd floor to become a real place where people can meet and talk.
